Evolution, Growth and Progress

The services include - Freight forwarding, Customs Clearance, On-site and off-site warehousing, Transportation, on-site handling of all kinds of cargo, unpacking and re-packing. We have a core group of 37 members who head various departments, and cover regions throughout the world. We take pride in the fact that all the core group members, having an experience of more than 20 years, have been together even long before since the inception of our brand, and are still growing strong together, carrying forward our values and mission.

From the President's Desk

In my experience of more than 25 years in this industry, I have had a few learnings of my own.
We are living in an age of “VUCA times”. VUCA generally stands for – Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. However, due to the dynamic nature of world which we are living in, the new VUCA should be – Vulnerability, ulterior, contradictory and abnegation:
* Vulnerability – One cannot reduce vulnerability, a smart company is the one which can make plans to make themselves less vulnerable to external and unpredictable factors
* Ulteriority – To survive in this ultra-competitive environment we need to see the bigger picture. Everything is a subset of some master set, and hence the master set should shape our actions
* Contradictory – Every innovative idea invites contradictions. We need to have the reasoning and the planning to tackle the contradiction
* Abnegation – Self-denial is the biggest liability. As it is said, to win over one-self is the biggest victory, we need to convince ourselves of our vision and mission before our team and clients.

3) To support group or individual participation in the best economical way we arrange both end documentation, handling by sea or air and onsite supervision by BIG Logistics or overseas associate’s staff.
